Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• The original packaging, tags, seals, and accessories must be intact.
• Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or tampered with may not be eligible.
• Returns or exchanges are not possible once the product seal has been broken.
• Items must be returned with all original packaging and included accessories.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue so our team can review it.
